Dillon City Court has jurisdiction over misdemeanors and Dillon Municipal Code violations alleged to have occurred within the Dillon city limits. This court processes approximately 700 charges each year.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

OPEN COURT

Call 406-683-6690 for current Court Hours - Open Court starts at 1:30 p.m. and is held in the Council Room of Dillon City Hall. Hearings can also be attended via Zoom. Use the meeting ID 858 7535 6425 and Passcode 280403. Please identify yourself and be sure to enter the meeting with your sound off.

Payments not made according to court-ordered payment schedules, may result in drivers license suspension and contempt of court charges. An arrest warrant may be issued and/or suspended sentence revoked.
