NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dillon City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 19th, 2025 at 6:45 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 125 North Idaho Street, Dillon, Montana, to take Public Comment for the adoption of changes to 17.60.110 (Residential Districts/Manufactured Home Community) and the Authorized Uses Table 60-2 to permit accessory dwelling units in all residential districts of the Dillon Municipal Code to align with Montana Code Annotated due to changes enacted by 2023 Senate Bill 528.
